What is included in each plan?+
Outlook or Gmail (from 260 € / month) covers mailbox scanning for Microsoft 365 mail or Gmail. Microsoft 365 (from 390 € / month) adds OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams documents. Hybrid (from 1.775 € / month) adds on-premise file shares, Exchange and SharePoint. All prices exclude VAT.
How is the price calculated?+
By the number of accounts with data, including shared accounts, in tiered steps - for example 0-49 accounts on the Microsoft 365 plan is 390 € / month. Fair use is the number of accounts x 25 GB of scanned data across all sources.
Which add-ons are available?+
Data & More for Copilot Protections (+10%), Data & More for Microsoft Purview (+10%), Security Classification (+20%) and real-time DLP (+25%) - each priced as a percentage on top of your plan.
Can we run it on-premise or get public-sector pricing?+
Yes. NIS2 and critical-infrastructure organisations can run the service fully on-premise within a custom security framework, and enterprise & public sector get special pricing - contact sales for a quote.
What is the payment interval?+
The payment interval for the subscription is yearly. You can always check the current number of active accounts. If you have more active accounts than your subscriptions allow, you will be billed for the additional accounts for a 12 month period.
How many accounts can I have on the platform?+
You can have an unlimited number of accounts on the platform. You can choose the number of accounts before scanning or the platform can automatically do it for you after the scan is completed.
How do I pay for Subscriptions?+
You can pay with a credit card and we are using Stripe for payments, one of the best and most secure ways for payment. We will automatically renew your subscription every billing cycle so you don't have to worry about it.
When can I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel your subscription up to 3 months before the end of the billing cycle. If you cancel less than 3 months before the end of billing cycle you will be billed for additional 12 months. We use the 3 months to re-order servers for your service and we have a 12 month commitment on the servers.
