Data & More uses a proprietary connector for access to managed content sources both in the Microsoft cloud and on-prem. Access to Microsoft 365 is through an App Registration in Entra ID. Access to on-prem resources is through mount points. Both local and domain accounts are supported for on-prem resource access.
Access to Data & More is through a secure web interface. Entra ID is leveraged for user authentication. Granular authorization is managed within the Data & More software creating alignment with organizational standards around RBAC and least-privilege system access.
All system notification is through email, which can be configured for internal or external mail delivery.

Compute and storage provided by Data & More. Dedicated application instance. All data classification and profiling occurs in the Data & More cloud. Hosting is available in Canada, the United States, or Europe.
