Data Migration Risk

Across the datasets we have analysed, more than 86% of privacy data sits in mail and attachments. A tenant move copies all of it unless someone decides what stays behind.

KeepLive contracts and records with a purpose. They move, and they carry a Purview label.
ReviewAn owner has to decide. Verification runs inside the migration window, not after it.
DeleteNo purpose, past retention. Removed before cut-over, with a certificate of who deleted what.

What you receive

  1. 01

    Cut-over manifest

Keep, delete or review for every share, site, mailbox and archive, with the owner’s decision and an audit reference.

  2. 02

    Verified deletion certificate

What was removed before the move, by whom, and when. Proof the migration did not carry illegal data forward.

  3. 03

    Label map

Which moved content carries which sensitivity label, so DLP and Copilot behave on day one in the new tenant.

Your migration team or partner still runs the move itself, the tooling and the target-tenant setup. We hand them a clean list of what’s allowed to go.

You get the manifest a week before cut-over.

We need read access to the source systems, your wave plan, and owner lists from HR or Active Directory.
